Thank you for choosing Face Saver Cosmetics for your skin care needs.  The information below
is intended to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.


Hours of Operations
To ensure that you get adequate time, we recommend that you make an appointment for all
services by calling 248-888-SKIN (7546).


Your Visit
Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment.  
If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us of the delay and we will do our best to
accommodate you when you arrive.  In consideration of other clients’ schedules, all service visits
shall conclude at the originally scheduled time allotted for your appointment.


Comfort Considerations
Men and women are welcome.  
To enhance the quiet and relaxing environment of our studio, children under the age of 12 are not
permitted.  Face Saver personnel will not be responsible for supervising children.


Personal Belongings
Because services require bare skin, we recommend not wearing jewelry to the studio.  Face
Saver will not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.


Sanitation
We adhere to all statewide guidelines for sanitation to ensure the safety and health of all clients.  
Vinyl gloves are used for all services.


Payment Options
Face Saver accepts the following forms of payments:

Gratuities
A gratuity is not included in the price of our services.
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.


Use of Cell Phones
As a courtesy to our guests, the use of cell phones and camera phones are
NOT PERMITTED in any area of the skin care studio.


Please Be Advised
To prevent skin irritation, men should shave at least two (2) hours before a facial.  
Please make sure to inform your therapist if you are suffering from any medical or skin condition,
or using any skin sensitizing medications (i.e., Accutane, Retin-A, etc).  We will not render any
hair removal services to clients with active skin sensitivities (ex. Rosacea, Eczema, Open
Wounds/Lesions, etc.).  We do not recommend any exfoliating treatment or hair removal for an
average of 1 week following Microdermabrasion or Glycolic Peels.

If you have an event planned, please be informed that some redness and/or sensitivity of the skin
may be expected (depending on skin type) after hair removal services.


Appointment Cancellations Policy
Face Saver Cosmetics & Skin Care Studio has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy with no
exceptions.  This is a standard policy Face Saver has created as a courtesy to our other clients.  
Should you need to cancel your appointment in less than 24 hour, please call and we will make
every effort to fill your slot.  If you have a previous history of “no shows” on booked appointments
or you cancel your appointment in less than 4 hour prior to the appointment time, all future visits
must be secured by a credit and you will be charged 50% of the cost of the cancelled
appointment.

Return Policy
Because we guarantee all of our skin care and make-up products to be contaminant free,
we cannot accept any returns.

Please let your therapist know if you have any medical conditions: Pregnant, Heart Disease,
Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, or Abnormally High or Low Blood Pressure, prior to facial services.

Please make sure to inform your esthetician if you are suffering from any medical or skin
condition or using any skin sensitizing medications (i.e., Accutane, Retin-A, etc).
