Face Saver Cosmetics' Recall Policy
Face Saver Cosmetics will communicate accurate information to the consumers as soon as
possible about the potentially harmful product in their possession.  The recall will retrieve or
replace those products already in the consumer’s hands as well as those in the distribution
chain.

Face Saver Cosmetics’ recall policy objectives are:

1.        To locate as quickly as possible all non-complying products;

2.        To remove non-complying products from the distribution chain and to retrieve them from
the possession of the consumer; and

3.        To communicate accurate information to the public about the violation, the hazard to the
consumer and the corrective action planned to address the hazard.

Face Saver Cosmetics will notify its consumers immediately by written communication (either
U.S. Mail or email) of the following information:

(A) the name of the product being sold;
(B) what is the nature of the hazard;
(C) the safety reason why the product is being recall;
(D) any injuries or incidents reported;
(E) the product description (name, batch/control numbers);
(F) dates products sold; and
(G) the remedy to the recall (i.e., return the product immediately to receive a refund or
replacement product.)
